Vinay Karanam Join The Satsang Foundation New Zealand for a rejuvenating two-day non-residential retreat at their Retreat and Yoga Centre in Judgeford, Porirua, nestled in the scenic Wellington region. Limited to just 20 individuals aged 16 years and older, registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring an intimate and enriching experience for all attendees. Please note that kriya initiation will not be included in this retreat.
Running from May 29th to June 2nd, the retreat will feature a comprehensive program designed to nurture both the body and mind. Participants can look forward to engaging in various yoga practices, including postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara), Trataka (Eye Exercises), and Meditation techniques (OM and Cyclic). A detailed agenda will be provided to registered participants, offering a structured and fulfilling experience throughout the retreat.

- May 29th: The retreat commences with an Inauguration and Online Satsang session with Sri M from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m.
- June 1st: A full day of yoga practices and pre-recorded discourses on Ishavasya Upanishad by Sri M, running from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- June 2nd: The retreat concludes with another day of yoga practices and pre-recorded discourses on Ishavasya Upanishad by Sri M, starting from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
