The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Thursday that Dr. N Nandakumar, currently serving as Consul General at the Consulate General of India in Shanghai, has been appointed as India’s next Ambassador to the Republic of Mali.
Dr. Nandakumar, who joined the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) in 2007, is expected to take up his new assignment shortly. This appointment comes as part of India’s ongoing efforts to strengthen diplomatic ties with Mali and enhance cooperation in various fields.
