Rotorua, New Zealand – The Hindu Heritage Centre is inviting the community to join them for a special celebration of World Meditation Day on Saturday, December 21st, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This global event, declared by the United Nations, highlights the transformative power of meditation for achieving personal and global harmony.

The event will feature a variety of activities designed to help you experience the benefits of meditation firsthand:

Inspiring Talk: Learn about the profound impact of yoga and meditation on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being from yoga teacher Nilamani Wright.
Guided Meditation Session: Experience moments of stillness and clarity led by experienced practitioner Barbara Hock.
Interactive Activities: Explore mindfulness techniques and relaxation practices suitable for all ages.
