Come celebrate International Yoga Day Utsav in Christchurch! The Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh NZ and the High Commission of India invite you to an event focused on “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” Join us on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Multicultural Recreation and Community Centre, First Floor, 455 Hagley Avenue, Christchurch. Organised by Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh NZ in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, this event invites the community to take part in a rejuvenating yoga session from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health” encourages holistic wellbeing for all. Free Yoga Day T-shirts will be provided to participants. Hosted by the Dunedin Indian Association in collaboration with the High Commission of India, this event embraces the theme “One Earth, One Health” and features sessions in pranayam, shirshasana, meditation, and suryanamaskar.
