The Joint Director of School Education in Kota, Rajasthan, has issued an order prohibiting the use of mobile phones by all employees during school hours. The decision was made due to concerns that staff members were using their phones for personal reasons, which was disrupting school activities.
The order emphasizes that strict action will be taken against any school staff found using mobile phones for personal purposes during school hours. Additionally, Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar has taken a firm stance on complaints regarding teachers using cell phones during duty hours and leaving school premises.
Minister Dilawar believes that this order will enable teachers to focus more on teaching without distractions from their mobile phones. Furthermore, the Education Minister has also prohibited teachers from taking time off for religious prayers during school hours.
