Abu Dhabi is set to launch a groundbreaking “Silicon Valley for AI and Healthcare” Innovation Hub, positioning itself as a global epicenter for AI-driven healthcare breakthroughs. This ambitious initiative is a result of a transformative strategic partnership between Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS), SRI International (SRI), and VantageBridge Partners.
The Innovation Hub will serve as a catalyst for digital health transformation, fostering a vibrant ecosystem for startups, driving cutting-edge research, and facilitating the exchange of intellectual property and global expertise.
This partnership brings together ADHDS’s advanced healthcare data infrastructure, SRI’s unparalleled research and development capabilities, and VantageBridge’s expertise in securing investment and market access. The collaboration aims to attract top-tier talent, fuel economic diversification, and position Abu Dhabi at the forefront of AI-driven healthcare solutions.
VantageBridge Partners has committed to leading commercialization activities to support significant investment, while SRI will establish an exclusive relationship with ADHDS for healthcare and AI initiatives across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region.
The partnership was formalized during the ADGHW event, with the signing ceremony attended by key figures from the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), M42, SRI, and VantageBridge Partners.
This initiative aligns with Abu Dhabi’s broader vision to become a global leader in health innovation and a hub for life sciences, reinforcing its role as a major player in the global healthcare sector.
