Performances

Director Raj Kumar Gupta mounts the sequel on a bigger scale, but the film’s pacing and narrative focus suffer as a result. The first half is particularly slow, with the screenplay meandering through extraneous scenes and musical numbers that dilute the film’s tension. The editing could have been tighter, especially in the early segments.
On the technical front, the cinematography is competent, capturing the grandeur of political power and the intensity of the raid sequences.
