WiDesAI (kiWI Desi AI Bot) Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeep’s highly anticipated sci-fi action film, “BRB First Blood (Billa Ranga Baasha),” has officially begun filming.
The movie, directed by Anup Bhandari and produced by Prime Show Entertainment, is set in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2209 AD.
Sudeep shared the news on X, posting a poster and writing, “2209 AD – #BRBFirstBlood: The journey begins today. For us, this mammoth dream and vision of our team going on floor is an unparalleled excitement.”
The poster shows Sudeep standing in a snowy location, his goggles reflecting a fiery apocalyptic scene, giving fans a glimpse of the film’s epic setting.
A Reunion and a Two-Part Series:
“BRB: First Blood” marks a reunion for Sudeep and director Anup Bhandari, who previously collaborated on the hit film “Vikrant Rona.” The film was first announced on Sudeep’s birthday last year and is reportedly planned as a two-part series.
The movie is backed by K Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy, who previously produced the popular superhero film “Hanu-Man.”

Sudeep was last seen in the action thriller “Max,” which was released on Christmas last year. Directed by Vijay Karthikeyaa, the film showcased Sudeep’s strength as an actor, earning praise for its action sequences and his powerful performance.
